Tommy Whitelaw - 'You Make a Difference!': Person-Centred Care Workshops for Leaders and Managers

Join us for the first of two half-day workshops with person-centred care champion Tommy Whitelaw.  

These interactive half-day workshops are aimed at leaders, middle managers, commissioners and anyone who is involved in decision making across health and care in Lincolnshire. 

Join Tommy to explore how to create more compassionate workplaces and systems by asking ‘What works well?’ and ‘What can we do differently in the future?’

Tommy Whitelaw is the Person-Centred Voices National Lead for Scotland’s Health and Social Care Alliance and promotes person-centred approaches and ‘Intelligent Kindness’ across all areas of care and support. 

In the workshop you'll explore:

• What compassionate workplaces and systems should look like, and how we can get there.
• What are our strengths and what are we already doing well?
• What could we do differently in the future?
• What are the barriers to better working and how we can work together to overcome these?
• What might person-centred practice look like across different teams and settings?
• The culture change required to embed and implement person-centred care and drive improvements in the lives of people, carers and families.
