The NHS in Lincolnshire is reviewing its existing patient transport service and is seeking feedback to find out what is working well and where there can be areas of improvement. In particular we want to gather views about what a good service looks like and we will use this information to help shape the service going forward.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) provides NHS-funded transport for eligible people taking them from home, to the care provider (and back again) for planned outpatient appointments and treatment.

If you, someone you care for, or a family member has ever used this transport service to get to a medical appointment we would encourage you to take part.

You can share your views by completing our survey which is open until Wednesday 14 April 2021.

We will also be hosting a number of online webinars where you can ask questions to the team who work closely on the patient transport service.

Details of the webinars are as follows:

If you have any queries or would like to send questions prior to the webinars please email lccg.involveus@nhs.net.
