Our Shared Agreement is making this a reality for all of us, creating new ways for health, care, people, and communities to work together to share knowledge, build skills and confidence, and grow relationships and support we can draw on to really live our lives.
This is a growing movement with big plans for the future of health and wellbeing across Lincolnshire that you need to be a part of.

When folded, our new Z-Card leaflet is credit card size, so easy to slip into your bag or pocket. But when unfolded (see the photos below) it provides two full pages of Our Shared Agreement and Five Foundations information, complete with links to case studies and further resources.

FLASHBACK! Our Shared Agreement officially launches in July 2024
Our Shared Agreement officially launched at the It's All About People Conference on 3 July 2024. And the capacity conference audience - a fabulous mix of health and care professionals and experts by experience - were keen to celebrate this major landmark.
