The model can be used to support organisational development, as a menu of support, or as a partnership approach where we work alongside teams and services to co-design and deliver change.

Our role

The It’s All About People team provides consultancy, facilitation, coaching and tools and resources to build confidence, capability and culture change. We help create the conditions for sustainable change across services, organisations, neighbourhoods and communities.
