When to use One-Page Profiles

One-Page Profiles are a great starting point for health and care professionals and the people they support to begin to build trusting relationships, and they could also be used as part of the Personalised Care and Support Planning (PCSP) process.

Another great idea is to embed One-Page Profiles in personalisation learning and development for staff, so it becomes something everyone does as they join organisations, and at different times during their working life.
