Cultural change

In order to bring about cultural change and transformation we need to think about how it will look, how we do it together and also how we support each other to get there. Change and transformation is about putting People over process.

VISION: Together we will improve people's health and wellbeing through thriving, connected communities: Right care, right place, right time.

MISSION: To create opportunities for people to thrive; discover & shape their communities; encourage relationships and build a sense of belonging to support their wellbeing.

An example of how this is working in practice:

The Mental Health Transformation Programme has created a development programme focussed on people led change & new ways of working. There have been early implementer sites in Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham and Lincoln where this approach has been piloted. They have used a learn, iterate, appreciative inquiry, call to action approach to change culture, behaviour and processes.
