It’s All About People Champions: March get-togethers

We’re excited to share that our next It’s All About People Personalisation Champions get-togethers are taking place this March, with sessions planned in Lincoln, Louth, and Spalding.

These relaxed, engaging events are a chance for our Champions to network and connect, share ideas, and learn from one another. Whether you’re new to the Champions family, or have attended before, we’re really looking forward to catching up with you.

What to expect

At each session, we’ll focus on three key themes designed to inspire conversation and reflection:

• Language and trust: How the words we use shape relationships, build trust, and support truly personalised care.
• International Day of Happiness: Taking time to celebrate, and explore how small actions can positively influence wellbeing at work.
• Camerados: Exploring how welcoming pop-up “public living rooms” can support connection, belonging, and wellbeing for our workforce across the county.

And, as always, there’ll also be plenty of time for informal networking, discussion, and sharing experiences with fellow Champions.

Louth:
St Barnabas Louth Wellbeing Centre – Conference Room
Tuesday 24 March | 10:00am – 12:30pm

Spalding:
Project St Thomas
Friday 27 March | 10:00am – 12:30pm

Please note: Places are limited at all sessions, and the Lincoln event has particularly limited capacity.

If possible, please only register for the Lincoln session if you’re unable to travel to the other venues and are confident you can attend on the day. This helps ensure spaces are available for those who need them most.
