Showcase Event

Colleagues and people with lived experience came together to share and celebrate the work that is going on across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System at the first ‘It’s all about People’ Personalisation Board Showcase event.

Hosted at the St Barnabas Wellbeing Centre, It's All About People Board Members were treated to a number of powerful stories, presentations and videos that detailed some of the extraordinary personalised and strengths-based work that colleagues are delivering across the county. 

It also gave us time to showcase the ways in which we, in the Personalisation team are enabling, supporting and facilitating colleagues and people to work differently  together.
