Co-Production Champions
We are a group of people from across the health and care system who are trained and passionate about involving people in co-production.
It is a growing movement that puts the voice of those with lived experience at the heart of service improvement across Lincolnshire.
Your organisation might already have a Co-Production Champion however, we are happy to have an informal chat about it and see if co-production is something that is suitable for your service.
We also offer an introductory session to help colleagues understand what co-production is and how you could work with people.
There are several projects happening across the Lincolnshire healthcare system that we could signpost you to, along with examples of best practice and a 30 minute co-production awareness session.
