People’s Story Review Panel - Share your stories!
Do you collect case studies or lived experience stories? We’d love to include them in our People’s Stories Review Panels.
The It’s All About People Personalisation Programme team runs regular panels to review and analyse people’s stories. We identify key themes and insights to help shape local priorities - and findings have already informed the Neighbourhood Health Plan.
Stories are already being gathered through the People’s Stories Template, Community Reporters, and the Our Shared Agreement Community Listeners.
We’re also using the People’s Stories Template to explore new ways of measuring social value. We’ll be sharing learning with contributors soon and refining the approach to strengthen future work.

Measuring what matters
The It's All About People team is working to redefine ‘productivity’, with a focus on outcomes, not just outputs
We’re asking the questions that count:
- What difference are services and interventions making in people's lives?
- How is that impact shaping the wider health and care system?
- How do we know whether our actions and interventions are effective?
We're developing innovative ways to gather and use intelligence to help health and social care providers answer these questions.
